Meet Marky. Eighteen, college student, and like a lot of us, he had a Facebook Page he built years ago and just... stopped using.
No plan for it. No real purpose. Just sitting there collecting dust while he scrolled past it every few months, half-thinking "sayang 'to" but never doing anything about it.
Then one day, may nabasa siyang post about people turning old Pages into actual working businesses. Curious lang siya sa umpisa. Wala siyang inaasahan.
Here's what he actually did.
The realization
Turns out, an old Page isn't dead weight. It has history, it has followers, and more importantly, it's already something Meta's algorithm recognizes as an existing account, hindi bagong-bago.
Instead of starting from absolute zero, meron na siyang starting point. Ang kulang na lang, direction.
The general process
- Ginamit niya yung existing Page niya bilang storefront.
- Sinundan niya yung numbers.
That's it, general lang talaga. No secret formula, walang overnight hack. Sistema lang na sinundan nang tama.
The numbers, as they happened
- Day 4 — reactivated the old Page, product live, first ₱2,150 in sales off a ₱300 test ad.
- Day 10 — crossed ₱10,800 total, after he found the one ad angle that kept converting and pushed budget into it.
- Day 18 — ₱24,300 total — the compounding started kicking in as repeat buyers and referrals stacked on top of new ad traffic.
- Day 30 — ₱61,700 in his first full month, from a Page that made him zero pesos the year before.
- Month 2 — past ₱100,000, with a chunk of it now recurring — repeat customers and word-of-mouth doing part of the selling for him.
Same system from month one. He just kept feeding the part of it that worked.

Marky's story isn't unique because of some special advantage. It's proof na kahit yung mga bagay na akala mo useless na, like an old, forgotten Page, pwede pa palang gawing something real.
