The short version: follow the training and take real action for 30 days from your enrollment date. If you genuinely see no results, message us and we'll refund your ₱999 — no hoops, no forms, no arguing.
1. What "no hoops" means
We're not going to ask you to prove a negative or jump through a checklist designed to make you give up. If you did the work — watched the lessons, took action, gave it an honest shot — and it genuinely didn't work out for you, that's enough for us.
2. The 30-day window
The 30 days start from the day your access is activated (when your login is issued). Refund requests made within that window qualify. After 30 days, the guarantee no longer applies — this keeps things fair and gives you real time to actually try the system before deciding.
3. "Follow the training and take action"
This guarantee exists for students who genuinely engage with the material — not for someone who never opened a single lesson. If you haven't started, we'll always help you get unstuck first (that's what DM support and the live Zoom calls are for) before processing a refund — sometimes the fix is a 10-minute conversation, not a refund.
4. How to request a refund
- DM @arc.scales on Instagram, or email run.archivity@gmail.com.
- Let us know your name/access code and that you'd like a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
- We'll confirm and process your refund back to the GCash account you paid from.
5. Processing time
We aim to confirm every refund request within 24–48 hours, with the actual GCash transfer following shortly after confirmation. If it's taking longer than that, follow up — messages occasionally get buried, and we'd rather you nudge us than wait in silence.
6. After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course, community, and comment sections is deactivated.
